Rent a room in Clovis

Howdy! I have a single-occupancy 10x10 bedroom coming available on November 1st! The house is near Clovis High School with laundry on-site and street parking (possibly driveway depending on the size of your vehicle). Rent includes utilities, housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and internet!I’m looking for someone who is chill but responsible, who meshes well with others, and who understands the value of a well-functioning household. I’ve been doing the roommate thing for many years now, and it is always so much better when everyone has the same household values.We are not interested in parties, drugs, smokers, random overnight guests, or other issues that can upset the balance of a household.The room is available on November 1st. If you’re interested, I have a roommate questionnaire to fill out that asks most of the basic questions.
