English: We rent our renovated & cozy house from Hattersheim in central good location between Frankfurt am Main and Wiesbaden.
The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen on 3 floors. Additionally there are 3 more rooms in the basement.
- On the first floor there is a small toilet, the open kitchen and the living room.
- Upstairs are the bedrooms, as well as the fitness/sauna room and a shower-bath.
- In the attic there is a large bath with tub, a second living room or office and a small office.
In the basement is the laundry room with access to the garden as well as a storage room and a hobby room.
In addition to a modern gas-fired condensing boiler with 800 liters of heat storage, there is the possibility to warm the whole house via the wood stove. In this case, the wood stove feeds the heat in the heat accumulator to heat the house during the night.
The wood stove in the living room is super cozy.
The bus to Hattersheim train station is about 300m away. By train you need 19 minutes to Frankfurt main station and 24 minutes to Wiesbaden main station. Similarly, by car, in a good 20 minutes you can reach the center of Frankfurt or Wiesbaden.
