Rent a room in San Diego

Hello all, I am posting for my partner! See below: I’m Jay I’m 25(M), and I am a student at Mesa College and work as a swim instructor. My old roommate is moving out by December 27th so I have a room opening up on 12/27 in RP/RB. The rent is... between [HIDDEN] depending on what we negotiate (large or small room, reserved parking/open lot parking). Parking is plentiful. In-Unit laundry and dishwasher. I have three cats, they are very sweet and friendly, but a bit shy. I personally pay for internet and electricity, so all I ask for is rent and respect. Look forward to hearing from any interested parties! Open to military/students/couples/parent+child and LGBTQ+ friendly. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, tennis court, barbecue grills (propane included), and gym.
