Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Phoenix

**** ABOUT COMPLEX ****1) Very large, Nice complex2) Plenty of parking (I'll explain when we talk)3) Many nice amenities including: 2 Pools (1 heated), two gyms, spa(s), BBQs, business nook, & others (I'll explain when we talk)4) Nice low-key location - North of 101 (just South of Happy Valley Rd & just East of I-17)**** ABOUT UNIT ****1) 3rd Floor (no elevators)2) It's a Nice 746 Sq Ft Apartment (but I can't show it to you yet because I don't move in until Saturday ) I can send you the virtual tour links the apartment complex provides, so you get the idea if you'd like.4) We can both get to ALL common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balcony, & laundry room) without ever being in each other's personal/private space.5) It's a 1-Bedroom apartment6) I take the bedroom7) You have your own good sized, completely private space (~14' x 12' in living room, with Chinese Wall Dividers, or something similar we agree on, that I will pay for & provide), but it's NOT a bedroom with a door, closet, etc), & you must be okay with that (or we're not a good fit).8) The layout & measurements (with your area) are the attached profile picture provided by the apartment complex (so you can see exactly what I'm talking about)9) If you don't have a dresser and/or you need to hang clothes up, we can discuss rolling hangers, stand-alone closet, or something similar we agree on.10) However you/we set your space up, it must be able to be taken down/moved around quickly (I'll explain when we talk).11) The above is how I can get, & keep your rent so low.**** OTHER INFO ****1) You must be okay with a background & credit check, which you must pay for ~$50 for (I don't make money off it, that is what TransUnion charges)2) I will require a total deposit of $350. 1/2 ($175) down immediately when we determine you're the one who will be moving in (to hold your spot), and the other half down on the day you move in (in addition to your part of the rent).3) I LOVE animals, BUT, there are no pets allowed since one is not on my lease.**** ABOUT ROOMMATE ****1) I move into the apartment on Saturday ) You can move in, on or after, Sunday 12/22/24 (unless we agree otherwise, as I'm open to your needs per the above info)3) I'm an Insurance professional4) I'm approachable, easy to get along with, & talk to.5) I'm generally accepting and respectful.6) I have integrity, a good reputation, & I CARE!7) I'm CLEAN & REQUIRE the same (this is a MUST!)8) I'm quiet, low-key, and require the same.9) I work from the office 3 days a week, & from home 2 - 3 days a week.10) Because I work from home (& I'm on the phone all day), I require silence while working (this is a MUST....or I get fired!)11) I'm organized, but not as militant as I may seem while you're reading this profile. To make a long story short, I'm working on climbing my way out of a hole I dug myself into due to having a bad former business partner who caused a situation where I lost everything. I want to be independent, & get back on top ASAP! For that to happen as quickly as possible, it requires me to be around the right people, for the right things, and that includes having a dependable, good hearted, trustworthy roommate (and I'll provide the same to you).Thanks for your time and consideration.
