Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 37 m² in Cambridge

Additional rules- Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.- Smoking in the property is not allowed.- Extra guests are not allowed.- No Pets allowed- Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will disrupt my cleaner’s schedule.- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 11 pm.- Please remove shoes inside the apartment and leave them in the entrance hall.- Travel Cot and High chair are available to hire for £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property before your stay.- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £50 if you lock yourself out. Please be careful with them.
