One of the strengths of this Campus is the all-inclusive monthly fee, to make your stay hassle free. Our fee includes all utilities: water, electricity, heating and also air conditioning, very useful during hot summers. Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with its own thermostat… no matter how much you consume, the cost will not change!

Please note that tenants are required to pay the deposit and the admin fee before the check-in. This is because the accommodation provider is a company accountable for the contract hence the tenants need to abide by their rules and the Italian law regulations.
