Studio of 20 m² in Istanbul

Hey, we are a Spanish-Turkish couple, and we’d love to rent out the studio apartment on the ground floor in our three floor house, which we’re still in the process of restoring. The studio is 20 m², with a 15 m² private garden. It has a small independent kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious wardrobe for clothes, a dining table that can double as a workspace, a sofa that turns into a single bed, and a couch that converts into a double bed. The most unique feature? A cistern with a glass cover right inside the studio!
On the rooftop(third floor), there’s a shared space with a larger kitchen where we can hang out, plus a washing machine and dryer. We’re still working on improving the house, and since we love both restoration and hosting guests, we’d be happy to hear your ideas—maybe we can make some changes together!
