There are 2 bathrooms that I don't use that the tenant can use. Common areas are kitchen, gym and large backyard. No pets in the house. High speed internet and utilities included. The house is on a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. It's 6min drive to Topanga Westfield Mall and Target/Walmart/Marshalls on Fallbrook. Grocery store 5 min walk.
