GreetingsI live in a 3bd 2ba home of which 1 bd/ba is avail. I am a very peaceful person and quiet especially at night after 10pm. I enjoy my home and only request that you respect it like it is your own. I have had 3 roommates in the past year that was wonderful and I hated to see her leave one horrible (squatter wanna be)and one in-between. She never spoke but paid on time and stayed in her room 99.9%. Internet, utilities and use of common area are included. There is a 70in television in common area. Netflix and Hulu ready. Small load washer/dryer. Back deck with grill. Street parking. No large dogs or small barkers. Cats are ok. No drugs. No heavy alcohol drinkers.I am very easy to get along with and understand how to compromise. I am respectable and request the same in return. Rent is due on the first of each month. I am a business woman and I do not mix it with pleasure. Central air and heat, full kitchen and use of all appliances, ceiling fan in bedroom and common area, wifi, fast internet and smart TV in bedroom. Security system, black out curtains,. Near hospitals, MARTA bus within .5mile of home. Near all 3 Mountains! Panola mountain, Stone Mountain and Arabia Mountain for great hiking trails. Lease 3mo or up to 6mo. Any longer can be discussed at the end of lease duration.
