Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 67 m² in Berlin

English: I am renting my apartment from around July 20th. until October 4th The apartment is in a beautiful old building on the 4th floor and has a large balcony. There is a lot of sun on the balcony and the apartment is generally very bright.
The price is 55€ per day.
The apartment was freshly renovated earlier this year. It has a new fitted kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine. If you have work to do, you can work at the height-adjustable desk.
In a beautiful, quiet and green district in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg you can reach 2 different tram stations in a 2-minute walk and also an S-Bahn station in the ring in 7 minutes. You can also reach a bus station in 10 minutes. You are very well connected here and can actually reach any place in Berlin relatively quickly.
There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby
There are also beautiful parks.

German: Ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom ca. 20.07. bis zum 4.10. die Wohnung ist in einem schönem Altbau im 4. Stock und hat einen großen Balkon. Auf dem Balkon kommt viel Sonne und die Wohnung ist generell sehr hell. Der Preis ist 55€ pro Tag.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch Anfang dieses Jahres renoviert. Sie hat eine neue Einbauküche, eine Spühlmaschine sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wenn man arbeiten zu erledigen hat, kann man an dem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch arbeiten.
In einem schönen, ruhigen und grünem Viertel in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg kann man in 2 Minuten Fußweg 2 verschiedene Straßenbahn Stationen erreichen und in 7 Minuten auch einen S-Bahnhof im Ring. In 10 Minuten erreicht man auch eine Busstation. Man ist hier also sehr gut angebunden und erreicht eigentlich jeden Ort in Berlin relativ schnell.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte und Lokale
Außerdem gibt es schöne Parks.
