Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Delray Beach

hi- its not large or small but everything neccesary is includedHi end sheets / towels/brand new tv/private modern bathroom/Room is /right near entrance and direct access to kitchen & laundry. Layout is perfect- other bdrm is separated by living area so it's sound proof..thoughtfully decorated for maximum usage.. Extra storage if neccesaryI am a definite nite person - by no means am i loudbut you will hear me pitter patter around / a cabinet shut now & then.. . I have 2 Ragdioll cats- whom are very social & nosy ---and quite honestly love everyone else BUT me.- I am only there food source evidently.. I would orefer someone who k does not work nite hours because this is "my time.".I keep busy with never ending crafts repainting etc. I do alot of crafts non stop. I do not but rarely ever have guests over and my privacy is very important I like my own space and someone of similar might be best.. Although I can be very chatty & j interactive at times. If do like ti cook and you'll probably be invited to join me not & again Laundry is right here too.I spend alot of time keeping the place clean& picked up - as I expect you to do after yourself. How you live in your room is your v business & Im not interestedThe living room has a huge tv I don't sit very much i just keep it on as I flit around.I occassionally crank my music in the day never at nite.. It is dead ass quiet here. Club house full amenities across the street.Living with a stranger can be awkward especially when we're older.Judgemental people are not the people I want to be around at all... People are who they are .. It's really about understanding and respect for each other and our space....
