Room is unfurnished but it can be furnished although rent would differ.1 parking spot assigned that requires a 15 second walk to reach. There’s a mini backyard but no photos because I still have to clean that up from the previous tenant. The room next door is occupied by Female working professional in her thirties. Upstairs in the master is Male in thirties as well. We are seeking a working professional who is nice, considerate, and very clean.
