Rent a room in San Diego

Looking for another woman to rent a single bedroom with shared bathroom in Scripps Ranch 3 bed 2.5 bath home. Bathroom is shared with me, another girl, so for comfort please only respond if you're a girl and comfortable sharing the bathroom! Move in ready now. Single bedroom: $1400/month* cozy room with good lighting and closet with full length mirrors * newly redone floors and blinds* shared bathroom: shower/tub, single vanity but there is plenty of drawer space for you!* unfurnishedPricing:$1400/month. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included up to $200 across the household, over $200 will be split across housemates but it rarely goes that high (typical is $100-$150). Rent would be month to month, but we can set up a lease for multiple months if you are interested. First month's rent plus a $1500 security deposit is required up front for lease of 6+ months. Shorter term may have smaller deposit. Pets:Pets require $250 nonrefundable deposit plus $100/month. Only considering small dogs (up to 20 lbs). We do have a dog door installed since previous roommate had a dog.Other details:The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, very central San Diego location. Parking is on the street. We have a pool and jacuzzi available for use. Laundry is in unit in the garage. Garage doesn't have space for parking right now though, but you can park on the street. The kitchen is shared and has all pans, pots, other kitchen utensils you might need. The condo has also been recently renovated to include new luxury vinyl flooring, paint, outlets, ceiling fans, kitchen counters, bathroom tiles, window coverings, and more. There is also a patio outside where you can do gardening if you'd like.Roommates info:The other tenants include myself, who is living in the other single room with shared bathroom (3 bed 2.5 bath total). I'm from San Diego and moved back here after finishing college last year. I work from home in web and app development, and I really enjoy gardening both inside and outside. I also cook pretty frequently. It We have one other roommate, a guy named Chris in the master bedroom. He is in his late 20s and works in IT while also teaching piano lessons. We really value respectful roommates who can clean up after themselves! And there is a no drug no smoking policy FYI.
