Rent a room in Phoenix

We have an unfurnished bedroom ( or furnished room for add'l cost) for rent near central Phoenix. We are about 10 min from Downtown Phoenix. And about a 10min walk from the light rail. The room shares a bathroom with 2 others. We have a cleaning person that comes 1x a month to clean the shared areas including the bathroom. All utilities are included. We have security in front and back of home. Street parking and carport parking available. Pool access (seasonal). High speed internet. No smoking allowed. The room is for 1 person.
