Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Barcelona

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, call the phone number that will be provided when you confirm your reservation. 2.-Check-in takes place at our office. The keys will be handed over there and a document will be signed with the attached clauses. If it is not signed, it is not possible to enter the apartment and, therefore, the reservation is considered canceled by the Customer. 3.-More people than those indicated in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. Only the contract holder can pick up the keys. It does not admit minors. 4.- If the day of departure, which is at 10 in the morning, the apartment is not tidy, a cleaning fee will be charged. 5- The additional cost requested is part of Other Owner Expenses. It must be paid upon check in: the administration fee is 16 of the total rental value along with the deposit, 7.-Arrival policy: Monday to Friday: 15:00 to 18:30: free from 18:30 to 21:00 hours - 30 euros from 21:00 to 23:00 - 50 euros from 23:00 to 10:00 - on request Weekends and holidays from 15:00 to 21:00 - 30 euros to 21:00 - 30 euros to [HIDDEN] euros From 23:00 hours the price is 90 euros.
