The room can be provided furnished with a queen-sized bed or unfurnished, depending on your preference. It boasts a shared living room and kitchen. Additionally, the home comes with a large washer and dryer in the yard. Off street parking in circle driveway. A mile from Tricity Hospital, multiple grocery stores, Costco, shopping, and entertainment. Only 2 miles from downtown Vista, Vista transit station, and 7 miles from the beach. When I'm home I can be found tending/fixing up the yard for my 2 dogs and the local critters. The yard is dotted with cozy nooks, each offering a perfect spot to sit and unwind and simply breathe. The two water features, with their soothing sounds of cascading water, contribute to the tranquil ambiance. Vista’s wonderful weather makes it easy to enjoy these peaceful moments year-round. 🌿🌞 I can also be found in the garage getting creative/diy'n. In the house sewing, cleaning, or cooking. All the while listening, singing and/or dancing to music.
