Hi there, I'm Dani. I have lived in this cozy 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for 17 years and I still love it! I'm looking for a roommate to join me and my roommate, Sean (who lives in LA half the time). I am an actor/singer/writer, who sometimes works from home and Sean is a music director. We do make music on a semi-regular basis (singing/keyboard), but we always check in with each other first. The place is close to the 1 train 137th street/City College stop. Im looking for a 3 month commitment with a possible extension, beginning May 1st. $750/ month, plus last month security deposit. Utilities Included!
