Rent 1 bedroom apartment in New York

Hi everyone,my current roomate is going back home to Europe so I am looking a new roommate. The room is very spacious and we are located right next to 2/3 trains in Harlem, steps away from Red Rooster, Sylvia's, Corner Social, and many other great Harlem spots. You can even access the roof and from the fire escape have a view stretching as far out as Midtown. The only thing is that the room has no proper doors, just a curtain. But my room is at the other end of the apartment (see pics) and it has worked out fine until now.I am working as a public defender in Harlem. I don't have certain requirements other that I am looking for someone who is a decent human being passionate who is at least somewhat passionate about social justice.
