In addition to the basic amenities, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for hot days, and a microwave with oven function. On nice days you can enjoy the veranda, and cold days are no problem thanks to excellent insulation and central heating. The park is open all year round, but from October 1 to April 1, the restaurant and supermarket is closed. There are plenty of alternatives within fifteen minutes by bike. The chalet is located on campsite "De Heigraaf", a lovely place within walking distance of the Henschotermeer and in the middle of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. In addition to the rent and service costs, you pay € 5.70 park costs per person per day (including parking and access to the Henschotermeer), which is not included in the rent (you do not pay this in case of absence). Gas, electricity and water are included, based on subsequent calculation (an additional payment for higher consumption, and a refund for lower consumption).
