Room with own bathroom will be available on December 13 for one female occupant in a single family home built in 1953. Home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood around Woodlawn / Gwynn Oak area. It's close to bus stops, library, police station, mechanics, and stores. You will have access to shared spaces such as the kitchen, laundry room, living room. Utilities such as internet, bge and water are already included in monthly bill. I’m an easy going, moderately tidy woman. I’m looking for an employed, tidy, respectful, responsible roommate that will pay rent on time. You will mostly be living with me so shared spaces will be maintained by both parties.I will respect your privacy and boundaries while also expecting the same in return. I don’t do drugs, smoke, party, play loud music inside the house or carry firearms and I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. I have one cat, he has his own room. I think he wouldn’t mind the company of having another feline around so cat(s) are negotiable. Guests are welcome within reason. You must pass background check and have proof of stable employment and income.
