The house consists of a large living area divided between the kitchen and the living room that overlooks a pleasant outdoor area, a double bedroom and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub).

Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
