It is in Queens Quarter in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the meandering walk.If you are coming from the south, we are easily accessible from the M1 so you don't have to worry about traffic.We are located a 15 minute walk from Queens University and a 16 minute walk from the City Hospital.Botanic Gardens is a stunning place for an early morning run or evening stroll and is only 0.5 miles away.CONVENIENCEFor your convenience, entry is via smart lock located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), free parking is available right behind the apartment and there is a washing machine that is free to use in case you are in the middle of a longer trip and need to do a quick clothes wash.RELAXAnd also, rest easy – we conform to all Airbnb's cleaning protocols and our place is professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay.FLEXIBLEFinally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm and check out is prior to 11am, if you do need leeway on this we will be happy to provide it if possible!
