The residence is a centrally located student hotel, fitted to high specifications. There are fully equipped kitchens/lounges on every floor, with tableware, cookware and utensils provided, furnished with sofas, dining tables/chairs, and flat screen TVs. Bedrooms have double storage beds, laptop safe and small refrigerator, and the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and WC. Close to Brighton train station, a short walk from the seafront, and ideally located near Brightons shops, night life, language schools and universities. Local transport links make it easy to travel to London as well as international destinations via Gatwick Airport, only 30 miles from Brighton. Please note: the security deposit and admin fee need to be paid in advance of move-in to confirm the booking. Also rent is paid via instalments, not monthly.
