I It is 10 mins walk from Santa Maria beach and 15 min walk to La Caleta beach. Cadiz old town is small and everything is within walking distance, including the university. It is close to the train, bus and boat stations and the local bus stops to the new town are less than a minute away. There is no noise from the street and it is a quiet building with Spanish families. Very authentic Cadiz. The room has a double bed and ensuite shower room that can only be accessed from the room, so for your exclusive use. This room would suit someone who likes their own space/privacy.
