The rooms are separated by an accordion door that can be closed or open. This allows for a room to sleep in and a room to hang out in!I’m located near highways 237 and 101, with light rail only steps away. Close by is the San Jose Airport, Levi Stadium, Moffet Field, North San Jose and most high-tech companies. Parking is provided in a car port. I’m surrounded by neighbors who watch out for each with a real sense of community. Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, Direct TV w/DVR, and kitchen privileges with storage/refrigerator space.
