They are sociable but quiet and like to use the lounge after work to wind down from a long day! HOUSE lay out The house has 4 rooms and there is a large kitchen/living area, 2 brand new bathrooms (1 has a bath!) and 4 large spacious double rooms. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The house is located on McBride Street in L19. Liverpool South Parkway is only a 5 minute walk which can take you directly to Liverpool City Centre in 20 minutes and also has access to Manchester, Midlands and the South. The 86 (24 Hour bus) also stops at this station. LOCAL Amenities ASDA and ALDI are only a 5 minute walk from the house.. Speke retail centre is a 5 minute drive which includes a cinema, restaurants, Morrisons, and many more. Garston Park is just a 10 minute walk away for nice strolls PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check. MOVING IN Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed.
