I will rent a room in a new apartment.
The apartment has 3 rooms, a kitchen and 1 bathrooms. (Shower, 2 washbasins and toilet)
600Mb / s broadband Internet available to residents - the fastest available option
The kitchen is fully equipped for tenants; large fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups etc.

Each room is locked with a key. The room has a comfortable couch, large wardrobe, fridge, desk, chair, bookcase, lamp.
Tenants have at their disposal a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, and a vacuum cleaner.
There are shoe cabinets and a clothes rack in the hallway
The price must be supplemented with a bill fee (water, heating, electricity, internet, gas, garbage) in the amount of PLN 600 and a fee for external cleaning service (twice a month) in the amount of PLN 50.
TOTAL RENTAL COST IS 2350 PER MONTH
for check-in between day 1 and 15 - you pay for the whole month, between 16 and 31 for 1/2 month

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 12-storey block, there is a large square opposite the block, lots of greenery, a very quiet and peaceful .
Near the Kepa Potocka park with a small lake (canoe rental possible), a large number of bicycle paths and places for walking. In addition, in the very close vicinity of the Bielany Forest, on foot through the woods - UKSW :)
