Located just outside the village of Moycullen, 10km from NUIG. Most suited to someone with own car, 20 minute journey time on bus, although there is a bus service available the bus stop is a 5min walk. Owner occupied with family of 5. Own living room and tv if desired. Deposit is €300 which is returned at the end of the agreed academic year but may be withheld if length of stay is reduced or damage to the room.
