The apartment is a 1-room apartment with a double bed and is located in the basement. It has a small courtyard garden. A table and chairs are available for 2 people in the living room.
Television and WiFi are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen and towels are available for our guests.
The kitchen has hobs, a coffee machine, a kettle and various dishes and cooking utensils. There is currently no washing machine.

Ein fantasievolles Gebäude, innen und außen. Eine tolle Straße mit Niveau. Ihr geht aus dem Haus und in der nächsten Straße geht das Leben los, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einfach alles.
Die Wohnung ist eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Doppelbett und ist im Souterrain gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen kleinen Hofgarten. Ein Tisch und Stühle sind für 2 Personen im Wohnraum vorhanden.
Fernseher und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, WC und Waschtisch ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind für unsere Gäste ist vorhanden.
Die Küche verfügt über Kochfelder, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und diversem an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Eine Waschmaschine ist derzeit noch nicht vorhanden.
