Rent a room in Wroclaw

The apartment is located at Barycka 11/11, city center, near universities and Rynek:

This is huge apartment. There are 10 rooms. The apartment is addapted for 12 persons, but until now more than 10 person at the same time never live, because all rooms were rented as single rooms

- 3 complete bathrooms (in each shower, washbasin, toilet) guarantee always at least one bathroom will be available

- kitchen: huge kitchen, fully equipped: 2 big fridge-freezers; 2 dishwashers (so always can load to another dishwasher instead of putting dishes into a sink), utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, waffle maker, blender, all openers, bowls, glasses etc. (all in the right quantities + general rule as tenants think that there is not enough, I buy more).

- Cleaning: As part of the media fee, every week you receive cleanining service of all common parts. Due to keeping the apartment clean is easier for tenants.

-It's very important for me to find nice, young people for the apartment. Similary as in our other apartment you can expect to know and live with foreigners. Mainly with Erasmus students from all over the world are our clients during academic year, so you can expect to have great international atmosphere. For winter semester I have agreements only with foreign students:
