Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Orlando

I have a room available that was just re-leased for the year. I do have a fianc so its a couple situation, but were both clean and respectful. We have 2 cats as well. The apartment is right by the Orlando international airport. Its a guest bedroom that does have a bed if you need it furnished, or otherwise Im able to store all the furniture at my moms place and clear it out for you. It also has a connected private bathroom. Rent in total for the apartment is $2,300; however, with rent split in half it would be $1,150 but were open to talk pricing.
