The front door opens into the entrance hallway, with access to understair cupboard. A second door leads from the hallway into an open-plan sitting and dining area. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas and TV. French doors lead from the living room onto an enclosed patio area. The dining area has a large table with six dining chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The tumble dryer is located under the stairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Each bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
