This is a two-stories single family home, quit neighborhood, it has two level - Main level and lower level with workout basement to backyard. Two options to rent this house - Main level OR the whole house (main and lower level). Convenient location and easy access from major highways.
$4600/month for Main level. Main level living space with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, formal living and formal dining, family room, kitchen with breakfast area, utility room, and 3 car garages, garden and Sports court, outdoor entertainment space, and lots of fruit trees. Utilities are not included.
Lower level has one large recreation area, one bedroom and one full bathroom. No one will live in there, loadload's some stuff will be there, but you will have limited access in there. If you want to rent the whole house, I will offer reasonable price for qualified prospective tenant.
