Rent 2 bedroom house in Duluth

Work full-time and in school online, so I am home often besides when out with clients for services. Cleanly, organized, and very quiet inside residence.I do have a dog. She is a labradore retriever. I cleanly up after her hair near daily. Home is currently fully finished with my belonging however have accommodated by consolidating some furniture to make more room for yours in the living and dining room areas. There is no spectrum hooked up. There is internet that is jointed with my phone bill, so the internet would be added to the monthly utility bill cut in half. Have also made room in kitchen cupboards, basement, and bathroom for your belongings. The room that is available also has the larger closet, and I'm willing to keep rent 50/50.Ideally, I'd like to find another male student who needs a quiet place to live and can be mutually respectful of a temporary living situation. I do ask no large gatherings, please. The house backs up to another home with a shared back yard so the neighborhood is a very quiet and tired one. The landlord is the next door neighbor and we are on good terms and would like to remain so.
