However, I kindly ask that you take care of the place, as I paid a deposit of 1400 to the office. Im offering the room for 590. No deposit will be required from you, but the rent must be paid in advance. The minimum rental period is one month.The apartment is conveniently located near the well-known Aldi supermarket and Canon Hill Park.The room available has a bathroom opposite it.
