English: I rent my 4 bedroom apartment as long as I’m abroad. There is the option to stay longer if I’m away longer.
It’s important to me that you watch after my stuff really well.
You can always park in front of the apartment on the street. It’s free.
There’s an elevator. The apartment is on the 5th floor.
The apartment is really bright. You can go for a walk very easily. The environment is very quiet.
You can go grocery shopping just 4 min away.

German: Ich vermiete meine schöne 4-Zimmer Wohnung in Bogenhausen.
Ich bin viel im Ausland, daher besteht evtl die Möglichkeit auf spontane Verlängerung.

Es gibt immer freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Die Parkplätze sind kostenfrei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock, den man mit einem Aufzug erreicht.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und man kann in der Umgebung schön spazieren gehen.
Der DM ist direkt gegenüber, der Rewe und Rossmann 4 min entfernt.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht - Badewanne, Balkon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine ....:)
