Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Glendale

Hello!I have an apartment in the Burbank/Glendale area. It’s $1233/person (three roommates total, including myself). Looking for two roommates to join me. It comes with great amenities: credit card laundry, pool, spa, gym, grill/courtyard, refrigerator, and more. Rooms are about 1200sqft. The area is safe, quiet, and has covered parking. The street parking situation is good as well for visitors. Close to the 5, 134, and 101 freeway.I’m looking for clean and responsible women, preferably creatives in their 30s like myself, and looking to move sometime in December. I can push to January if need be, but not past that. Needs great credit score and proof of income of course. No pets or couples.
