New double pane windows throughout. It's a small complex in a residential area. Major cross streets are El Camino Real/Lawrence Expressway on Halford Ave. Close to 280, 101, and bus line 22 on El Camino is 2 blocks. Utilities $70-90 for ea. per mo. $1000 deposit.I'm looking for a clean person, non-smoker/ no pets/drugs/smoking of anything.
