Rent 6 bedroom house in Los Angeles

Community-oriented house share looking for a new roommate asap. Month to month, open to short term! Rent is 850/month.6 bedroom/2 bathroom historic home (almost 120 years old) in Harvard Heights (near Koreatown and USC). Includes parking, in unit washer/dryer, furnished common areas, front porch and backyard, and a very responsive landlord who lives just 1 street over. The bedrooms and common spaces are HUGE compared to most of what you see in LA. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate most animals due to allergies, but it's a little nuanced, so if it otherwise seems like a good fit, let's talk about it. Our lease is month to month, but we would prefer someone who is looking to stay long term.About the housemates/house culture:There are 6 people total in the house. We have historically been a house of all women/femmes, but might consider someone who identifies differently if they're otherwise a good fit.
