Montorgueil is a market street where market gardeners, cheese makers, and bakers line up, with colors and scents reminiscent of country villages. Many restaurants and bars can be found in the surrounding streets.

This is an old building typical of the central districts of Paris. The flat is on the fourth floor without a lift, the windows face the street on one side and the courtyard on the other.
