Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Parkchester

Hi there I’m interested in turning part of the living room into an additional bedroom a curtain/divider can be put up for privacy. I’m very open to discussing ideas, the area is quiet and everything is close by tons of places to eat, bodegas, laundry mats and shopping center the Parkchester community is nice.
