Fremont Apartment For Rent / Looking for Roommate

Fremont Apartment For Rent / Looking for Roommate 702 N. 41st St. Seattle, WA 98103 RENT: $1400 + UTILITIES (electricity, gas, and internet, so approx. $150 total/$75 each). Minimum 6-month commitment, then month to month afterwards. Move-in date is flexible, approximately mid Sept. Normal application form required, including credit-check (NO application fee!). (To clarify, I’m not looking for a co-renter/roommate, not a sublet. )• Room available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment725 sq. feet – apartment is fully furnished, including bedroomo Good storage space: the room has closet, built-in wall shelving, as well as an expanded section cut-out for a dresser or desk. o Best/favorite part: The apartment has a secondary room which can act as an office/ storage/exercise space. Perfect if you work from home. We would generally split use 50/50, but if you want to make it your permanent WFH space, we can adjust your rent portiono Full kitchen with pretty much all appliances complete with all dinnerware and usual utensils New full sets of pots and pans, bakeware, dishes, etc. all dinnerware, everything you need to cook and eat Tons of cabinet and storage space Cold brew and French press. Gas oven/stove. Brand new 7-function combo microwave/convention oven, and stainless-steel fridge and oven.• Shared living Space o Couch and seating, coffee table, o 48” quality LG televisiono Couple gaming systems: Nintendo 64, the ‘new’/old Super Nintendo (re-release from a few years back). o Unfortunately no pets• General: o Excellent location! Fremont is one of the city’s best neighborhoods for restaurants and bars, and general atmosphere. Only ½ mile from Fremont’s main strip so it’s close by but far enough that we don’t get any late-night noise. Within just 2 blocks, there is a great grocery store, a laundromat (there is also a washer/dryer in-building), multiple restaurants, etc. City park across the street, so it’s a good mix of lively but not overly busy. o Easy access to great neighborhoods, including UW, Fremont, Ballard, South Lake Union, Capitol Hill. Very bike- small rental building/community; two, 4-unit buildings – not a giant apartment complex. We’re lucky to have great neighbors and great Good Walk Score:o Multiple bus routes and good street parking. Right across from a school and a park, we’re surrounded by only single-family homes and townhouses (no big apartment buildings) so street parking is much better than much of Fremont and keeps the immediate surroundings quiet. o Great views of the area, with a large broad window and no buildings in front so you can see a good range of the city. City park across the street invites a lively but not overly busy atmosphereo Very safe unit/building and surrounding areao Washer and dryer are in a secure room attached to the buildingo Easy access to main highways, both Aurora/99 and I-5.o Minutes away from other great neighborhoods/hot spots – Green Lake, Wallingford, and Ballard, Gas Works Park, Woodland Park Zoo, tons of great restaurants • About me:o 37 year old Seattle native. I am a grad student and work part-time which leads to a pretty quiet life, no drugs or partying. I don’t drink but I don’t care if you drink or partake in other green alternatives. Typical Pacific Northwesterner, in that I ski in the winter and try to be in the mountains whenever weather permits or on the water in whatever manner. Between school and work I keep busy but love to get out and explore any new activities I may have missed after spending multiple years living in other cities/states. I enjoy seeing new movies, re-binging TV series I've seen a million times, reading (when I have mental capacity to read outside of school), and checking out new activities in Looking for a friendly, respectful, neat person to rent an open room / share an apartment. LGBTQIA+ friendlyI’m happy to talk and provide clarification on any aspects – i. e., the workspace, utilities, location, specific photos/videos, etc. Standard application process is required by the property manager. First month’s rent plus $650 security required to move-in. Feel free to drive by or give me a call to discuss or set up a time to check it out.
