Friendly and homely (Has a House)

Homestay AccommodationWe are a host family to Uk and International students. The homestay accommodation is situated in the friendly village of South Nutfield.The distance to Redhill town centre is 3 miles.The train station is 50 yards away and there is easy access to london by rail, only a 30 minute train journey.We have a single and double room currently available, both rooms are fully furnished with plenty of storage and offer a quiet place to study. Both rooms will share 1 guest bathroom.The room rate includes the following services: internet access and one meal a day.Additional available services at an extra charge: Lunch (5. 00 per person per day)Vegetarian meals and other diets are catered for.We have 2 children living at home aged 8 and 10 years old. It is a non-smoking residence, however guests are allowed to smoke outside. On road parking is available.
