Rent a room in West LA

Hi Everyone!I’m looking for a new roommate. GREAT Apartment available October 1st right near the Sawtelle/Brentwood/Santa Monica area. $1600/month (plus utilities) with in-ground garage parking, and we each have our own bathrooms.Window AC in the unit, and full kitchen. laundry in the building. Non-smokers only. I’m vegetarian(but not expecting a veg roommate), very tidy, and easy going.Unfortunately, no pets allowed, as I am too allergic My only request is for you to have a steady job/way of paying rent each month, as well as first and last month’s rent. 1 year leaseI am a quiet and peaceful guy in my early 30’s. I’m a working professional and appreciate quiet :)
