the apartment extends over 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and sofa bed, as well as a living room with tv, dining/work table and balcony. the sofa bed in the second bedroom can also be placed in the living room if required to offer more flexibility.
the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. the bathroom has a spacious shower and sink as well as a toilet. a free washing machine is also available. and there is a storage room in the apartment to store your own things.

the apartment is located in stuttgart-degerloch, about 4 km south of stuttgart city center. there is no dedicated parking space, but parking spaces along the street are plentiful. the center of degerloch is about 550 m away and offers various amenities.
for those who want to use public transportation, there are good connections: the light rail stop for 4 lines is only about 200 m away, and bus stops for 8 lines can be reached within 500 m. this makes access to public transportation very convenient.
