Hello,I am moving out for a new job and will need a subletter (Jan 5 - April 20, with option to renew) for an unfurnished 1 bed 1 bath apartment in north Evanston. The apartment has all stainless steal appliances and hardwood floors. Big windows, large living room and lots of closet space. The property is pet friendly. Parking is assigned in an uncovered lot. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the Metra and the EL (purple line). Also close to a few CTA bus lines and the Northwestern Intercampus shuttle stop.
