the apartment is on the second floor accessible by elevator or stairs. it is a non-smoking fully furnished apartment which is shared by three residents. it consists of one room and a bathroom for each tenant. thus, every resident has his own bathroom whereas the kitchen is shared.
we are looking for a new resident for room 2 which is depicted in the attached pictures. all costs such as rent, heating, electricity costs, taxes and fees like garbage collection and also a fast wi-fi connection are included. at the end of the rental period we charge an final cleaning fee of 150€.
