I’m renting out one full Rv to one person or nice little family who is looking for a place to stay in a 36ft travel trailer, you will have your own bedroom with 1 queen size bed along with privacy, wardrobe closet and a wall to mount max 75“ tv. There is 2 fridges 1 inside and 1 other outside and a 1 bath restroom. No need to worry about maintenance or anything as everything is new and there will be no problems. Laundry mat is provided at the RV lot, RV is parked at YorkTrail RV park in San Marcos, Tx. Looking for someone who is clean and who will care after themselves, there will be internet at the RV as well, it is reliable and strong. Plan to have someone movie in ASAP. $1,000 is the rent per month no added fees or charges it’s just a flat charge of $1,000 that’s with electricity, water, internet and Ac included.
