Hello... My name is Steven...I am a single, adult male in my 50's. I live in a 3 bedroom home in Chatsworth and looking to rent an available full-size (12' x 14') bedroom and full size bathroom. No other persons living here, just myself.The room is available starting Monday Oct. 28th 2024!The driveway also has your own parking space. Includes WiFi, your own cupboard space, fridge space and some small hallway/closet type storage space as well.I am attaching some pics... room can be furnished, or not. Pics show my available furnishings for the room.I am a lifelong non-smoker, non-drinker, non-user, etc.. No Smoking of any kind allowed, No party scene here.No Dogs, No Cats, No Pets permitted. Sorry.Looking for a roommate who has Full-time (outside the home) employment, No working from home or part-timers, must have steady employment and references. No Kids and No BF or GF staying over on the regular. I am looking for $ rent per month and the same as security deposit.
