English: I am looking for a person to sub-let my apartment starting from April 1, 2025, until June 2026 (also shorter period possible, also possibility to extend sub-lease after June next year).
Since I currently live and work abroad, I am looking for someone who will take good and careful care of my four walls and the existing furnishings in the meantime.

- Rent: €1,500 per month, including electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi
- Deposit: 2 months' rent
- Size: 62 square meters
- Large entrance area incl. closet, bathroom with bathtub (no window), bedroom and living room each with access to the balcony, separate kitchen
- Large southwest-facing balcony
- Furnished, including:
- Bathroom furniture and washing machine
- Mirror cabinet with plenty of storage space in the entrance area
- Large wardrobe, bed with mattress and dresser, as well as carpet and curtains in the bedroom
- Sofa, armchair, coffee table, bookshelves, sideboard, smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs, and carpet in the living room
- Kitchen is fully equipped, including a De'Longhi coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pans, pots, etc.
